My daughter tried out for the U of U colorguard and did not make it. Through back channels, (mutual friends), I was told it was because Cory thought she was too overweight. She has been watching Wasatch Independent for years and came to me to let me know she had decided to try out and was so excited. When she told a friend in the circuit he said that Cory doesn't want her on the team. I have a dedicated, hard-working, amazingly talented spinner and you have crushed her and broken her heart. How unkind!
